York House has a small car park to the front of the property which can accommodate up to six cars FREE of charge and also provides FREE on street parking permits. The on street parking bays are less than a minute's walk from the guest house.

There is a public computer in the breakfast room for guest's use and also Free WiFi throughout all bedrooms, both are FREE of charge.

Easy access to York city centre either on foot or by bus.

There is a pleasant terraced area outside the breakfast conservatory where guests can relax at their leisure.

Special occasions - York House prides itself on being able to offer those personal extras that guests may require for a special occasion such as a romantic weekend, anniversary or birthday. For example, flowers can be provided in a living vase from £20.00 - alternatively you can order your own and have them delivered to York House; lovely hand made chocolates can be supplied from a local chocolatier (prices from around £15.00 a box), wine or champagne glasses and wine buckets can be placed in the room for your use. Special occasion extras need to be ordered direct with the proprietor.
